A New Year, A New Rhythm
As we step into 2026, we wanted to share a few important updates—and something genuinely exciting to look forward to.
Centers will be closed and there will be no groups on Thursday, January 1, 2026, as we take time to rest and welcome the new year.
When we return, we’re bringing something fresh, vibrant, and deeply human into our community…
Introducing: Melodies for the Mind
We’re thrilled to be launching a new music-based peer support group where facilitators and participants share music connected to lived experience, emotion, and meaning.
This is about connection.
It’s about the moments when a song says what words can’t.
It’s about remembering that even people who struggle still experience joy, beauty, and spark.
What We’ll Explore Together
Each session will be guided by a theme, such as:
Resilience – the songs that helped us keep going
Grief, Sadness & Emotional Pain – music that holds us when things are heavy
Calming / Ambient / New Age – sound as a place to rest
Stability & Grounding (a sense of home)
Uplifting & High Energy – joy, movement, and spark
Music for Major Life Changes
Gratitude
Anger & Frustration – music that lets us feel it safely
Nostalgia – memory, meaning, and time
You don’t have to: be “in a good place” to join, or share if you don’t want to.
Just show up as you are.
As We Journey Forward 🌈
This year, we’re making room for joy alongside struggle, laughter alongside grief, and energy alongside rest.
Because peer support isn’t only about surviving.
It’s also about noticing the moments that feel alive—and sharing them.
Here’s to a year of connection, rhythm, and heart-led community.
We’re so glad you’re here.
