English Empowerment Center

  • What We Offer: Summer 2025 English classes for adult learners—beginning through intermediate levels—in-person across Northern Virginia and online conversation groups.

  • Locations: Charles Drew CC (Arlington), William Ramsay Rec Center (Alexandria), Annandale CC, and more.
